We’ve stayed quite local this week which has been great to slow down the travel miles and take more of Spain in. We’ve had a little issue with our van running out of oil but that was easily fixed, we hope, and Mandy has been developing her homemade crumpet recipe which has turned out to produce epic crumpets.
